I'm in Brighton today (the second time this week) at the dConstruct web experience design conference in the Brighton Dome. I'm blogging the conference on my other blog here.
I came down by motorbike, on the A23 rather than the motorway. It's a great ride, especially the last bit as you come over the South Downs and the English Channel and Brighton emerge below you.
Well, I've arrived in Brighton. I'm in my room in the Hotel Seattle, where the 2006 RBI Editors' Conference is due to start with pre-dinner drinks at 6.30pm.
We came here for the event last year and we were happy to come back. In keeping with the location, the hotel has a slight nautical theme, but nothing too overbearing. As you can see, the room is simple but comfortable.
I'd better get on - still working on my presentations for tomorrow.
. . . . and they all seem to use Macs!
